For made to order garments, please allow up to two weeks before your order is ready for collection.
We can accept returns and exchanges of all in stock items listed in-store unless stated otherwise.
MADE TO ORDER garments cannot be refunded but a size exchange or credit note will be offered. Please bear in mind if it is a size issue the 14 day turnaround period will begin from when the original garment arrives back to us.
All items are hand checked prior to collection, however in the case of a faulty/ defected item please contact us at info@seamjunkies.com or pop in store within 7 days of receipt of your order.
All returns must be made in-store in unworn condition with attached labels and in original packing.
